During Hurricane Michael, seven feet of surf pounded our house in Indian Pass, Florida. The elevator room and ground level storage room were destroyed and our under house insulation was ruined.
As we rebuilt, we needed to reconstruct and re-insulate the rooms and replace the insulation under our flooring so we called Peninsula Spray Foam Insulation. Not only did the representatives arrive to provide an estimate when they said they would and get us an estimate in two days, but they arrived early to begin work on the day they scheduled. Peninsula Spray Foam Insulation had insulated our attic six years earlier when we remodeled our house, so we knew the job would be completed professionally.
Until experiencing the stress and devastation of a category 5 hurricane, it is hard to understand how important timely communication and fulfilling commitments can be.
